Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry, focusing most of her career on optimizing organizations and project team performance. She understands the mindsets and business models driving AEC success – and just how much those need to change to lead the construction industry toward a new future. Melissa was instrumental in the development of the Industrialized Construction Maturity Assessment (ICMA) (SM) as a means to help innovative general contractors, trades, and owners accelerate their shift to industrialized construction. Described as “disarmingly transparent,” she makes change happen.

Outside of work, Melissa relaxes outdoors. She loves hiking, camping, and skiing with her family; is an avid lake swimmer; and lives in the woods of New Hampshire.
