As an industrial engineer with experience in both automotive and modular construction, Stephen has the uncommon ability to adapt shop-floor manufacturing best practices to the construction environment. He is key to ICG’s plant layout, production simulation, and supply chain optimization services for general contractors and trade contractors. Stephen is a systematic, data-driven, and creative problem solver, who leads with listening: he makes change happen.

Stephen lives in Birmingham, Alabama where he loves spending time with his wife and young kids. He is a mountain biker and runner, and loves traveling to beautiful parts of our country for races.
